Question from the AngularJS test

The different html files of my application are concatenated in index.html

I installed bootstrap via npm rather than copying the files into my source code, because it lightens my versioned code and allows for easy management of package installations and versions. I insert it directly into index.html, and not concatenated in app.css

app.js contains the application code as well as my unit tests that will be launched by the continuous integration servers

The server that serves my static files may be different from the one that serves the api
