You will be an AI Sales Engineer, at the intersection of Sales, Product, Delivery, and Engineering. Your role is central at Rakam: understanding the business and product challenges of our prospects, transforming them into concrete commercial opportunities, and helping to build credible, useful, and industrializable AI proposals.

This position is not that of a simple salesperson. We are looking for someone capable of conducting a high-level sales conversation with a CEO, a CPO, or a CTO, understanding not only their business challenges but also their product trade-offs, their integration constraints, and the expectations of their end-users.

Your mission: to link business understanding, technical credibility, and commercial execution to close high-value clients.

This means:

🚀 Creating Commercial Opportunities

• Prospect relevant B2B SaaS targets.
• Generate meetings with decision-makers.
• Understand the product, business, and organizational challenges of prospects.
• Identify use cases where Rakam can have a strong impact.

🤝 Conducting Initial Commercial Exchanges with Credibility

• Lead discovery and qualification meetings with CPO, CTO, CEO, Head of Product, or Head of Innovation level contacts.
• Be able to quickly understand their context, AI maturity, and priorities.

💡 Linking Business Needs to AI Solutions

• Transform a prospect's need into a concrete solution vision, in collaboration with the product, delivery, and engineering teams.
• You don't need to code the systems yourself, but you must be able to understand major technical choices, ask the right questions, and structure a coherent proposal.

📝 Contributing to the Construction of Commercial Proposals

• Help formulate AI roadmaps, frameworks, ROI hypotheses, POC proposals, or more structuring projects.
• Maintain a good level of rigor on business value, feasibility, and clarity of discourse.

✅ Driving the Sales Cycle to Closing

• Rigorously follow your opportunities.
• Advance discussions.
• Prepare next steps.
• Manage follow-ups and actively contribute to the signature.

📈 Participating in the Continuous Improvement of the Commercial Machine

• Relay recurring objections, market signals, prospect expectations, industry patterns, and successful formulations.
• This will help improve Rakam's sales story, qualification, offers, and commercial support.
