Job Offer: Operations Specialist for TX SCARA

This position focuses on ensuring that clients (convenience stores) can continuously and effectively utilize "TX SCARA," a beverage display solution for convenience store backyards. The role involves stabilizing on-site operations after solution implementation, maximizing economic benefits, and building mechanisms to support future business expansion.

The employer for this position is Model T Operations, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telexistence.


🚀 Job Responsibilities 🚀

  • Support solution implementation and operation at assigned stores, identify issues arising on-site, and execute resolution plans involving relevant departments.
  • Continuously monitor KPIs for operational efficiency after implementation and observe the reality of store operational process improvements, including discrepancies between data and reality, to achieve stable operations.
  • Promptly detect issues occurring at stores after implementation, provide feedback to relevant departments, and resolve them quickly.
  • Analyze the economic benefits and operational efficiency improvements from TX SCARA implementation, translate these findings into client (retail business owner) language, and lead process improvements by engaging the on-site teams.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assigned stores, set up and manage regular meetings with clients, which may involve domestic business trips. Create necessary manuals and white papers for internal and external use.

  • Document creation using Excel (Google Spreadsheet) and PowerPoint.
  • Data entry using Excel (Google Spreadsheet).
  • Proactiveness in visiting sites promptly to solve issues, a challenging spirit that embraces unfamiliar tasks, and a drive to take action.
  • Communication skills to engage multiple stakeholders with differing interests (e.g., on-site staff, clients, internal departments) and achieve common goals.
  • Ability to understand the company's mission and translate it into one's own work.

🌟 Preferred Skills 🌟

  • Experience in convenience stores or other retail stores, such as a supervisor role, in a store-related department at headquarters, or as a store manager.
  • Ability to manage projects by adapting to changing priorities and external environments.
  • Experience in services utilizing robotic or IoT products, or experience in implementation support consulting for web or IT services.
